Aboard a rugged and ready ship, USS McClusky’s crew fearlessly embarked on missions spanning the Indian Ocean, Persian Gulf, and Western Pacific. Built to take a beating and keep on fighting, the Mighty Mac chaperoned her crew into battle in operations such as Earnest Will and Praying Mantis. During anti-narcotics ops, she ran down trafficking vessels, seizing 11 tons of cocaine in just one year of busts.
