OPSGEAR® is committed to providing the highest quality gear to match the needs and expectations of its customers. In instances where the product does not meet your expectation, must be returned for warranty coverage or needs to be returned for any other reason the following terms and procedures should be followed: 


GENERAL RETURNS:  Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full store credit. Items that are washed, worn, soiled, bear any odor, or are missing original labeling cannot be returned. There is NO RESTOCKING FEE. We do not reimburse or credit shipping expenses unless it is our error, BUT WE will pay for the second shipping cost for the replacement item(s). Some items are returned directly to the product manufacturer for warranty service, when you contact us we will assist you with this.  


CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE:  All clearance items are sold as-is and all sales are final. No returns or exchanges on these items will be accepted. Warranty service for manufacturing defects in these items must be done directly through the manufacturer.
