Billing Address Confirmation: Customers placing orders from certain international locations may be required to provide additional information to verify their identity and the credit card billing address. You will be notified upon receipt of your order what items will need to be sent to our Billing department. Please make purchases with a current email address as unanswered billing inquiries will lead to cancellation your order after 72 hours.
Fraud Prevention: OPSGEAR employs a number of procedures to prevent against credit card fraud and identity theft. To ensure orders or not placed by unauthorized individuals all purchases are required to be shipped to the billing address (see our Shipping Policy for details on shipping to alternate locations).
Prosecution Against Fraud: All perpetrators of fraud against OPSGEAR Inc. will be prosecuted to the maximum extent available under domestic and international law. Every instance of theft is reported to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). Cases will be forwarded to applicable federal, state, local, or international law enforcement or regulatory agencies. We will exercise our good standing among government and law enforcement agencies around the globe to ensure justice is required from every individual, wherever they're located, who commits crimes against this organization.
