Order Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed in 1-3 business days. In instances where items are on backorder, the available inventory will be shipped in the afore mentioned 1-3 business days. All backordered merchandise will be held as it becomes available. When all remaining merchandise is available for shipment a second package is then sent to the customer. Orders fulfilled from locations other than our North Salt Lake, UT warehouse may, on occasion, require additional time for processing. OPSGEAR® strives to keep customers informed on backorders and delays in processing and/or shipping, but to attain the most accurate and up to date information regarding the status of your order we recommend you email email@example.com or call 801.936.2322 between 8am & 5pm MT.
Shipping to Non-Billing Address:
OPSGEAR will only ship packages to the billing address. Exception to this policy is available when a cardholder has contacted their bank and had an alternate shipping address added to the notes of the credit card account. In such an instance the customer should promptly notify OPSGEAR Customer Service to minimize any shipping delays. Exception is also made to packages sent to FPOs/APOs. PayPal customers need to select their confirmed shipping address; alternate confirmed shipping addresses can be requested from PayPal for qualifying customers.
Other Shipping Restrictions:
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent certain products from being shipped to all locations. Because we ship products to diverse locations around the world with unique customs regulations, it is important that our customers are familiar with their local importation requirements and restrictions. OPSGEAR does not assume liability for fees/taxes/expenses incurred during the importation of products and does not refund customers for packages seized by customs unless the order is returned in new condition. Customers whose orders are either refused or unclaimed at customs and returned to OPSGEAR will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee or issued a store credit.
It is illegal for us to alter or falsify information pertaining to the exportation or importation of materials across international borders. As such, it is OPSGEAR's policy that we accurately represent what items are being shipped, and the nature of the delivery. For example, we cannot declare shipments for less than their actual value or label them as gifts.
International First-Class Shipping:
For orders shipped via international First Class shipping, we are only able to provide the date that a package was shipped from our warehouse. We can not provide any tracking information.
OPSGEAR® is not responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged packages sent via international First Class.
Depending upon the destination and shipping method, the time for a package to arrive varies. Orders delivered outside the United States will usually experience delays from local Customs Agencies. When available, a tracking number will be provided to the customer and should appear in the order status after the order has shipped. Most packages cannot be tracked after leaving the United States. As a precaution all packages are insured. When a customer suspects that their package has been lost in shipping they should contact customer service.
Proof of Delivery:
All orders over $100 require the signature of the purchaser upon receipt of the package.
