Founded in 1779, the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has served as an indispensable component of America's Armed Forces for more than two centuries.

This coin salutes the skillful and dedicated service of the members of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The obverse replicates the design and detail of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Branch Plaque, which contains a triple-turreted castle, symbolic of the Corps' construction and fortification mission. The reverse bears the seal of the U.S. Army.

Minted in a brass alloy and finished in antique bronze, this coin is imbued with rich enamel accents on both sides. Each coin comes packaged with a detailed header card that describes the mission and history of the U.S. Army.
