I got my Flatline and a Tapco 6 position stock from my friend for a dirt cheap $120. as soon as I held the Flatline in my hand it felt kind of cheap...my friend put about 1 case of paint through it and the inside looks very scratched up. It shoots with great range and OK accuracy, but me being a sniper I want the perfect marriage of range and accuracy. (exhibit A http://www.specialopspaintball.com/shop/product_detail.asp?SKU=220+0010&CAT=110212) Another thing that I dont like is, the quality of the paint job, the front plate on the tube is scratched up and will take some big time T.L.C. Other than those things this is a nice barrel and for that I give it 3 stars.

HMMMM...You hear alot of talk about accuracy and distance, but folks this is paintball....using a soft liquid capsule rather than a hard shelled bullet. Every shot you fire is different! You must really understand the concept of the flatline and then understand how to aim and shoot it. Because of the 'curved barrel', add on about eighty feet of shooting distance,(not accuracy). You need to aim higher than your target, or else the balls will shoot down into the ground due to the curved barrel. If you are a "Heavy Gunner', this is a great barrel for you. If you are a "Sniper", noise alone will give your position away. Must use ABOVE AVERAGE QUALITY PAINTBALLS (Draxxus/Evil)or else most will break up in or out of your barrel!! Very Important!

this barrel is tight. Its a little pricy but it is worth it. it is the most accurate and longrange shooting barrel on the the market. peaople keep saying that it tends to shoot to a side but they probably didnt have it on right you need to screw it in so its perfectly upright. i have been using it for a longtime and neverfailed me. i went to a local paintball place and could take out at least 10- 12 people every round because its so great and accurate it is way better than any standered bore barrel. its a must

ITS GREAT, very accurate and excellent at distance, what you have to do is remove the 2 screws and take appart the flatline. at the back part, where it attaches to the gun, you'll see a pin that you can move back and forth. place it as cloe as you can to the libe for the best performence out of the A5 Flatline. Note: The factory does not always centre the pin.

the flatline system does have distance but at the cost of accuracy. I used it one time and every time I shot it strayed to the side
