I put down 4stars only because as life shows it, there's always room for improvement.
A very interesting and entertaining film that highlights some of the training aspects of the Combat Stress Program found at OPSGEAR. To make very clear, it's NOT a training video, but an inside look to a training Program!
You get to hear from not only the Instructors but from the trainee's as well. They discuss their failures and ultimate success after a grueling day of training. It's wonderful to watch, knowing that it's still a paintball simulation, but with all the intensity of a real fire-fight.
CEO David aka"JAGER" Is really doing something positive for our Solders, and this film shows it. This type of program should be made a staple of all Military Ops training.
If you play paintball, and love Mil-sims, this is a DVD you MUST own.

When the instructors were explaining tactics, music was playing instead of hearing the voices. I bought the DVD so maybe I would get some training on the side. I felt it skipped a lot for the viewer.

The Urban Soldier blends entertaining and skillful production with a message that is profound enough to affect all who experience it. This message is one of sacrifice, courage, dedication, and hope. For those of us who have not been inside the military, you see the humanity of the soldier. Their minds and bodies are as vulnerable to fear and panic as any. However, The Urban Soldier allows us to see their unspeakably valiant hearts overcome all obstacles to achieve their selfless bravery. This makes watching The Urban Soldier an unforgettable, yet crucial experience for all who desire to deepen their respect and understanding for our heroic United States soldiers. My heart-felt gratitude and respect goes out to the Opsgear team, whose patriotism and talents have furthered my love for this great country.

I loved the video. Great to be able to see in the inner workings of the Combat Stress Program. The training OPSGEAR does for the military is incredible. I wish my unit could have participated in something like this back when I was in. On top of it being a great informational video, it is also very entertaining. 5 Stars all the way around!!!
