I have a set of the old alice pouches n they are a pain. so i took the pistol belt off n added it to my vest n took the M16 pouches off n put them on my vest belt. i took a molle lrrp pack and attached it tothe back straps n it holds a tank n 3 pods or 3 9 oz tanks. i also bought the 3 podleg pouch n its nice to have. All ur ammo is there and the back stuff is like a last ditch effort, because u have to prettu much take the vest off to get to it. I have 98c with a cyclone feed system on it and all the ammo being right there is nice to have. The only drawback is when u have to be skinny the MOLLE pack sticks out. So i reccomend getting a ghille suit kit and make it and attach it to the back panel straps, ull look like a bush. Drawback is its heavy but u can hide quite well.

I've had this for almost a year and this thing is rugged. I originaly bought it for my son who is 5'11" and weighs 110lbs and it fit him perfectly with the straps cinched all the way. I bought a Blackhawk Omega vest for myself (5'10" 230lbs) and it was way to tight on me. I tried on his M4 tacvest after opening up the straps and it fit perfect and still had more adjustibility so we traded. The M4 is every bit as good as the $140 Blackhawk vest. Order the M4....you wont be disappointed.
