M107 Kit
July 20, 2009
Reviewer: Michael Muth from Hialeah, FL United States
Let me just start by say that I am not the least bit disappointed with the kit, it looks awesome on my gun. But there were some problems. The clips that hold the shroud to the gun are kinda flimsy and they broke off when i tried to put the pins through. I had to bring it to a welder and had the welded back in place. Also they do not mention that it does not fit the 2008 model in the ad, so the shroud kinda has trouble with clearance around the cyclone feed, but nothing that a little cutting with a die grinder cant fix. But other then that I am very please with the kit. Believe me, it is a sure eye catch on and off the field. Thanks Ops Gear. If you have any qustions on how to modify the shroud to the 08 model or would like to see pictures of the mod feel free to email me at diablovt750@yahoo.com. Later
I POSTED A INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO ON YOUTUBE TO SHOW EVERYONE THIS MOD! PLEASE RATE AND COMMENT!

answering your question
June 3, 2009

person underneath me, unless using an apex or flatline, the range of a paintball gun is all the same...past a 12" barrel its the same as a 22" barrel, the 22" barrel is just going to perform worse.

Real sniper setup
March 23, 2009
Reviewer: Glenn from trumbull, CT United States
This kit is amazing not for the run and gunners. It does have some weight to it but that wont affect the true milsim snipers. Im using a 20in. smart parts sniper barrel pretty good accuracy. Recommend a bipod. Installation was confusing for the first 5 mins then everything fit nice and easy. Had to get a new a5 due to some internal issues that would have delayed my install for another week. Definately the ultimate sniper setup for real woodsball players.

Tippmann A5 M07 Shroud Kit
October 6, 2008
Reviewer: billy verret from cut off, LA United States
This shroud is amazing. I have A5 2008 W/ Response Trigger. u have to file down a small round piece. Near the regulator of the RT & Feeder Manual Lever cut out a 1''L x H 1/2".does not affect the strength or look of the shroud at all. U need mount the scope higher

Very disappointing
September 21, 2008
Reviewer: Brian Nishimura from Torrance, CA United States
Alright, I know this kit and shroud has nothing but good reviews and I'm sorry to break that. First off, I thought this kit would be a perfect sniper platform, it gives RIS rails and a supportive stock with prone style handle. Oh Boy was I wrong. The Kit does not fit with the Tippmann 2008 model (Don't even buy it), it took me an entire day to cut away pieces for it to fit. First a screw was in the way of the shroud, then the shroud blocked the bolt of the cyclone hopper. It was ridiculous to put on and the two feeble grabber peices that hold the shroud to the A5 broke off clean, there was another day trying to epoxy the pieces back on. Once finally on and epoxy dry, the tac cap hopper blocked my scope. So after two days of putting it on, the scope wouldn't fit with the most discreet hopper and the shroud was flimsy since the grabbers broke. I was disappointed that my dream platform was ineffective. As for looks, it looks great but for performance two thumbs down.
