Best knock-off Rhodesian Recon Vest ever!	October 27, 2009

I am an Army Infantryman. I originally bought this vest as a loaner for airsoft but when I received I thought they had mistakenly sent me an Eagle Industries RRV! So far, the quality is superb and I haven't found a single fault.

For only $43, this vest is very high quality. I torture tested it today at my range and it is one sturdy vest. The Molle is a little small some places but don't let that discourage you, all my pouches fit with a little elbow grease. The vest is also darker than the pictures (coyote tan) and is not reflective like it seems to be in the pictures. BUY THIS VEST!!!

I have this rig and I stand behind it 100% and then some. I used this rig in Iraq for 13 months. This vest is outstanding it held up trough countless day to day combat and never tore. I also used the vest to carrier my plate while inside the FOB. I was lucky enough to have it on with a plate in it when my FOB came under mortar attack and a few fragments struck me. I dont wear my IBA around the FOB to much weight so if I havnt had purchased this vest I may not have been hear cause I wouldnt have had any armor on. I stand behind this vest with my life because it saved my life.

This rig is awesome! I can carry 8 M4 STANAG type magazines easily. Its very comfortable and you can really jump around in it, it can be adjusted to sit high (better protection of upper chest) or sit lower (better protection of gut belly button area), It holds 10x12 plates that fit nicely, either soft inserts or hard strike face. Great rig as stand alone or to use over an armor system like an IBA. The fold down bib is PERFECT for an admin pouch, only thing is you cant use plates when the bib is folded down. Overall great purchase for me, serves me well.

I orders this by mistake but its a well made vest... I like the ability of molle system if you want a just front vest this is a good choice....

Lightweight with a lot of options. My only problem was the straps bunching during a posture change other than that its a fantastic vest.
