Description   The Stratosphere Bivvi Shelter is a waterproof, breathable one person bivvi shelter. Lightweight aluminum poles create a self supporting canopy around the head and shoulders to allow increased breathability and movement while giving protection from the elements. Great for lightweight backpacking and survival situations. The Stratosphere Bivvi Shelter is much smaller than a standard tent but with all the features. Supplied with seven steel anchor pegs which includes a spare. Stratosphere Waterproof Bivvi Shelter September 10, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous person from UK / Global   I took part in a trial of this shelter for the UK Armed Forces.  It's fantastic; incredibly durable, well-designed and constructed, and extremely versatile.  There are even loops for a standard-sized sleeping mat on the bottom panel.  Particularly suited to high desert / mountain environments.  Couldn't recommend it highly enough.
