The front of the vest features two vertical "Napoleon" pockets that accommodate glasses, a wallet or ID, spare magazines, or even a small frame revolver or auto. Four lower bellowed cargo pockets are capable of carrying a variety of gear, including up to two spare 30-rd magazines per pocket. They each have an extended flap with hook & loop closure that can accommodate magazines with mag pulls. Two zippered dump pouches are positioned strategically above the bellowed cargo pockets. Two smaller zippered patch pockets are perfect for securing smaller gear or even a set of keys. Two open-top pockets with hook & loop closure (one with two pen slots) round out the front of the vest. The vest's outer shell is made from our 8.5 ounce Bomb-Proof all-cotton canvas. It is fade resistant and features DuPont Teflon� fabric protector. This provides a breathable, durable barrier that repels both water and oil based spills. There are two large internal front pockets that are easily accessible and secured with hook & loop closure. The inside liner is made from our 5.5 ounce all-cotton poplin to make the vest comfortable during prolonged use without sacrificing durability. The back of the vest has two elastic topped pockets, one on each side of a large hook-and-loop flapped bellowed cargo pocket. The split back design offers superior air flow through the garment and side tabs provide easy adjustment for a custom fit. The front of the vest secures with a two-way YKK zipper. A quick-release front tab secures the vest while allowing quick access to gear carried under the vest. The tab can be folded in out of the way to prevent accidental closure of the vest. The reinforced shoulder area and padded collar ensure comfort even when carrying heavy loads.
