This pouch is made of high quality materials, as expected from OPSGEAR and Condor. Wide velcro area to close the pouch and a velcro attachment point on the flap for name tags/other velcro things. Pouch has two rows of 6 elastic loops sewn into it with space for expansion inbetween. I use it to hold 12g CO2 cartridges, for which it does an absolutely excellent job (full coverage avoids shiny metal targets). The only downside, and this is reason for 4/5 stars, is that the pouch only weaves once through 1" webbing. This makes only one long attachment point and allows the pouch to flop around on the vest. The pouch isn't going anywhere because the straps are strong, but opening the flap from the strong velcro can be a pain as the pouch will flip up when tugged on. I fixed this with some 550 cord through the drain hole and onto the webbing. Recommended!
