Very Useful Rig |

This rig is just the ticket for hauling some necessary items. I was finally able to find a GOOD servicable pouch to haul around our GPS. The smaller pouch looks like it was made to carry the PN-20 GPS from DeLorme. I bought two of these rigs for myself and my wife, both of us have found a multitude of things we can carry. I did not use the mag pouch for a mag, I did find it very useful for carrying a folding knife.

Very durable with some minor issues |

From the time i got this rig i have been asked if i was a cop. Good compliment but back to the review. This rig easily holds everything i need to at work. It holds my utility knife, radio, flash light (jerryrig), pen, papers, and various other items. The straps are solid and dont budge no matter what i do to it. The weight on my leg is barely noticeable after the first time i wore it. The only issue i have with it is that the "non-slip" back paneling is not so "non-slip." After squatting or doing any strenuous activity the strap around my leg will loosen enough to lose the grip on my leg and let the rig basically hang from my belt. Running is another issue. Because of the ability of the strap to loosen a little when running with the rig on it will either move around your leg so that it is then on the extreme inside or outside of your leg half about 20 feet into your run. Overall though: Construction - 5/5 Functionality - 4/5 Usefulness - 4/5 Overall - 4/5

I bought it to carry my everyday stuff around (cell phone, iPod, PDA), I've been asked, 'Where did you get that', I told them, 'OPSGEAR.com'. One was a police officer, another was an Army National Guardsman. I don't know if they visited the site or not.
