I got these pouches with the intention to fit some Spec-Ops F-Bombs, but when it came, the size wasn't up to par. The Big Boy paint grenades barely squeeze into the pouches and the cover couldn't go over to secure it. If you have the smaller Tippmann Squadbuster, the pouch might work better. The best item to fit into the pouch is an actual real-life grenade, which is what this is designed for. I'll give credit to the build quality of the pouch though.

These work great for Big F Bombs and even a couple of Pod Rockets. Also, they work great for carrying field tools and small gear in.
