Description   This 1st Generation ECWCS parka is constructed with waterproof, windproof, breathable material and many features to protect against the elements.  It has a removable fleece liner. Double storm flap front closure with non-freezing, two-way zipper. Full zip collar with snap closure and adjustable drawstring. Adjustable sleeve cuffs. Dual hand/cargo pockets, sleeve pockets and hidden seam map pockets. Zippered underarm for added ventilation. Durable design with taped seams. The sleeves are reinforced at the elbow for added durability.
