A Good Buy / Upgrade August 21, 2008 Reviewer: LBot from Columbus, OH United States   You can use this barrel for the new Tippmann 98C Platinum Series w/ A.C.T. It has a better improvement over the standard 8" stock barrel in shooting distance and the paintball flies more in a straight trajectory, instead of curving around 50 ft (stock). It works with the Tippmann A-5 Cyclone Feed and RT Trigger. The Cons: it does not shoot further than the Tippmann Flatline Barrel. The "OpsGear" logo MAYBE printed upside-down on the barrell when you thread it onto your marker. Overall it is a good upgrade. Was this review helpful to you?

Impressive design March 5, 2008 Reviewer: Harry Carpenter from Baltimore, MD United States   I thought the barrel would be crud, or just your everyday old barrel, with a new design, but I'm impressed. Outstanding July 11, 2007 Reviewer: Stryker   This has to be the most accurate barrel I've encountered under fourteen inches. It's an overall excellent blend of ranged and close quarters capabilities. The only barrels I've seen surpass it in either area are my 9-inch for close in and my 14-inch small bore DYE Boomstick for sniping, but they're only good for one specific task. Amazing Product May 17, 2007 Reviewer: Tyler M. from Nixa, MO United States   I was impressed by the feel, and look of this product.  I installed it on my gun along with the G36 Shroud, and last weekend we had a match where alot of people where intemidated by the look of my gun.   The barrel has an amazing quality, and shoots accurate.  I last had a 14" barrel, and the switch to a 12" was deff. not a bad choice! un-freakin believable April 19, 2007 Reviewer: Rick   this is a great barrel. took it outside to test it ut when it came, and was amazed at the accuracy of it. ill try and get some distances when the moister in the air evap's a little. if ur playin after a rain storm, it wont shoot as well, the balls will vier off in crazy directions, but that happens to all barrels and paint. this is an awsome product.
